King Street Psychology Clinic is a collective of independently practicing psychologists and a speech pathologist who work collaboratively and share clinical expertise. Our clinical psychologists and clinical psychology registrars share an interest in and commitment to providing psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health difficulties, as well as a dedication to supporting individuals with concerns related to gender identity and sexual identity. The clinicians at King Street Psychology Clinic also share a commitment to research, and the importance of contributing to research which informs the highest quality evidence-based care for individuals who experience challenges related to their gender or sexual identity.

Adult Gender &
Sexology Services

Psychological assessment of and treatment related to adult sexual identity, gender identity, and sexual function disorders. 

Child & Adolescent
Gender Services

Providing assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment and management of older children and adolescents with gender dysphoria,as well as parenting support.

Speech Pathology

Evidence-based speech pathology assessment and therapy for all age groups.

Our Child & Adolescent Gender Service is Australia’s only private clinic specialising in assessment, diagnosis, family support, and gender-related care for child and adolescent gender dysphoria.

Our Adult Gender & Sexology Service provides culturally aware and evidence-based therapy for adults who are sexuality-diverse and gender-diverse. We also treat sexual and intimacy difficulties including sexual dysfunction and sexual disorders.

Our General Mental Health Service provides clinical psychology services for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, relationship problems, bereavement, and stress management.

As part of our General Mental Health Services, we provide specialised support for Executives and Professionals of diverse genders, sexualities, identities, and lived experiences. Our goal is to empower these individuals with tailored, empathetic mental health support, ensuring their well-being in high-pressure environments and through life's transitions.
