New Psychiatry Clients/Referrals for Dr Philip Tam

Currently, Dr Tam has an approximate wait time of four months for initial appointments. Please note that follow up appointments do not have wait periods and can be scheduled as required.

Dr Tam is in clinic every Thursday and fortnightly Fridays. Please note that Dr Tam's reception is only open on his clinic days.

To make an appointment please contact Dr Tam's reception on drtam@kingstreetpsychology.com. Yor message will be processed on the next open clinic day, i.e. the next Thursday. Dr Tam's receptionist will attempt to contact you by phone to take your referral information and schedule an appointment.

Dr James Morandini
Clinic Director

Dr James Morandini is the clinic director, and provides a rangepsychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. Heprovides specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management ofchildhood and adolescent gender dysphoria. He also providesassessment and diagnosis for gender dysphoria in adults and canprovide WPATH medical letters where appropriate. James also has afocus on matters of sexual orientation, including overcoming shame,relationship difficulties, and exploring identity confusion. Morebroadly James utilises CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy in treatingmood and anxiety issues, as well as personality disorders.
